Overcome the Struggles of Nutrition

As mentioned in the previous article, it has been established that there are indeed several reasons as to why people often struggle with their nutrition, affecting their lifestyle. Although there may very well be several subtle reasons (i.e. strictly being lazy) the emphasis was placed on the top five reasons due to their commonality and severity. In other words, these reasons have proven to be critical factors as to why an individual struggles with their weight and nutrition. In order to combat these habits, it is imperative to take control and commit to a program that has proven to produce the desired results. We will now delve into the top five reasons that were already mentioned and develop solutions that can drastically change your life.
1.      Eating the wrong food is perhaps one of the biggest reason as to why “nutritional deficient” patterns emerge rather quickly. The foods you choose to consume will have a far greater impact over the long run. By committing to a low fat, high fiber diet with plenty of fruits and vegetables will get you on your way to a much healthier, leaner lifestyle.
2.      Not exercising enough can lead to serious health problems in the future. It is recommended that individuals run/jog for 150 minutes and 2 or more days a week that work all major muscle groups (legs, hips, back, abdomen, chest, shoulders, and arms).[2]
3.      Having a poor attitude toward something (in this case, toward nutrition) may cause you to fail because you will believe that you can’t reach your goal or are afraid to commit to a different lifestyle. It is, therefore, important to get yourself in a positive psychological state of mind.
4.      Excessive eating can lead to a lifestyle that is open to diseases such as obesity, heart disease, diabetes, etc. and is often characterized by lack of discipline. The most useful way to treat excessive eating is to eat less food (however, do not starve yourself).
5.      Finally, a lack of support. It is important to have support in almost everything you do. At Karla Adams Corporation, we offer the support you need in order to help change your life and mentality to ensure a much more efficient lifestyle.
Studies show that people who are trying to lose weight with support from a friends, family members, or personal trainers stick with an exercise regime 75% more than those who do not.[3]
