The weekly check-in is where data meets strategy. Each session includes updated measurements and body fat testing to track real progress beyond the scale. We review your nutrition choices and map them directly to your body’s response, energy levels, digestion, and lifestyle trends. We discuss real-life situations — eating out, travel, social events, and home routines — so your plan works everywhere, not just in perfect conditions. Using measurable data from your body, we adjust macros, training, and recovery to create a personalized, non-fail system. The goal is simple: solve metabolic issues, improve efficiency, and build a sustainable plan for life.
No. You will not be doing this on your own. Karla will personally walk you through each phase of the transformation process, coaching you weekly to master the changes step by step. This is not guesswork or consumer diet culture — it is a scientific process. You will learn how to shift from consumer-based thinking to science-based thinking, understanding how your body truly responds to food and training. Together, you will build your custom formula using real data, structured progression, and strategic adjustments, solidifying habits so it becomes natural and sustainable to live confidently in the body you love every day.
The Online Membership is included in most private coaching programs or available as a monthly option on its own. Members become part of a community dedicated to clean eating, regular exercise, and real transformation. You’ll receive ongoing tips on nutrition, training, and lifestyle strategies, along with motivational stories and proven industry solutions. Membership includes access to portions of the Metabolism Master Class, discounts on courses and products, and access to our event calendar to register for classes, programs, and fitness events. Members also have the opportunity to be featured in our newsletter and/or magazine, celebrating progress and transformation success stories.
Transformation Retreats are immersive 3–5 day experiences hosted in Carefree, Arizona. There are two options: Individual Retreats (you and one guest, scheduled based on availability) and Group Retreats (8–10 participants on specific dates selected by Karla).
Both formats offer optional personal time with Karla. Activities may include weight training, hiking, and outdoor fitness sessions designed to reinforce your transformation, as well as shopping for and preparing meals together and walking through how to structure your home and daily schedule for long-term success. This hands-on experience allows you to see exactly how to live the change consistently. Industry partners may provide additional education to support your metabolic goals. Each participant receives a private two-hour session to create or refine a customized nutrition and exercise plan.
